Content. This Site may have three types of content (“Content”).

Submissions. Content that is provided or posted by you to us, for The Site or otherwise, is known in the Terms of Use as a “Submission.” A Submission includes testimonials, information, comments, postings, ideas, concepts, projects, methods, systems, designs, plans, techniques, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, or other materials which you provide to us or The Site.
Third-Party Content. Content clearly and specifically attributed to a Third Party where the Content exists on The Site is known in the Terms of Use as “Third-Party Content.” For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most of this Content comes to CAI or The Site by way of Submissions.
Our Content. All other Content provided by us, The Site itself, trademarks, blogs, text, photographs, graphics, artwork, icons, characters, video, audio content, information, data, software, graphs, videos, typefaces, sounds, brands, the design, layout, look and appearance of the Site and other material, whether in the form shown on The Site or in other forms, media, technologies existing now or hereinafter developed are known herein as “Our Content.” Our Content also includes the code and scripts in any format used to implement The Site. Our Content can include items which were originally known as Submissions and which have subsequently become owned by CAI. Unless otherwise attributed within The Site, you should assume that all Content is Our Content.

Trademarks. CAI uses various service marks, trademarks and logos.
